My goal is to meet you where you are, so let’s start there. We all face difficulties, and sometimes we need the support of a listening ear. I'm happy to offer you a safe place to find your center and learn how to grow again. Sometimes life happens, and there are incredible shifts that shake us from the vision of where we thought we were headed. I believe that recovery and mental health can be measured by our ability for meaningful relationships, our willingness to become vulnerable, and our ability to seek and find connection.
It’s a huge step to come to an awareness that you want help — someone to help guide you out of a dark place, and someone to help you navigate through the waters of life.
I am here to help you find the healthiest, most whole part of you. I believe recovery is EVERYWHERE. My primary purpose is to help you heal your whole self. Working under a philosophy based in compassion, acceptance and mindfulness, I want to partner with you to bring out your strengths and help find the joy that's waiting for you.
